The short, honest version. Little Ayat is built for children — so their name, stars and pictures stay on your device, like a notebook at home. We keep data to the bare minimum and never sell it. Here's exactly how things work today.

Privacy Policy

What we store — and where

• Their garden stays home. Your child's name or nickname, chosen face, stage, and progress (stars, streak) live only in this browser on your device. The name is a label you choose — it never has to be a real name, and it is not sent to us.
• No account to begin — open and play; sign-up is never the gate.
• Quiet lesson notes (to grow the app). We keep a random install id on your device and may send simple, nameless counts — like “a lesson started” or “a lesson finished,” by stage and lesson code — to Little Ayat’s own systems, only so we can make better activities. Those notes never carry the child's name, free-text, precise location, or advertising IDs — and we don’t sell them or use them for ads.
• Play ratings (👍/👎) stay on this device until a grown-up chooses to share them from Parent Hub → Appreciate / Feedback. Sharing is optional. If you send, we may store nameless ratings (lesson codes + up/down), stage, and any short note you write — only to improve activities and, if you offer a kind line, for possible human-curated site appreciation. We do not auto-publish comments, and we do not use this for ads.

What we don't do (today)

• No ads. The play area is completely ad-free right now.
• No profiling of children for advertising, and no third-party advertising networks.
• No cookies for advertising — play state uses your device's local storage (see above). No advertising cookies, no third-party ad trackers.
• Privacy-first analytics. To understand how many people visit, we use a cookieless, aggregate visit counter (no advertising cookies). Separately, product signals (above) use an anonymous install id and lesson codes only — they never identify or profile your child for ads, and we never share them with advertisers.
• We don't ask children for personal information.

If you contact us

If you email us — at support@littleayat.com, or, for brand and collaboration enquiries, partners@littleayat.com — we use your email address only to reply to you and, if you ask, to help with your request. We don't add you to any list without your say-so.

If this ever changes

As the app grows we may add optional features — such as saving progress to the cloud or an email newsletter you choose to join. Parent Hub feedback (above) is already available when you choose to share. If we add more, we'll update this page first, keep what we collect to the minimum, and ask for your consent where the law requires it. And because Little Ayat is made for children, any advertising we ever introduced would be non-personalised — no behavioural tracking of your child.

Delete your data & your control

• Delete everything in one tap — Parent Hub → Your data → "Delete all data" wipes all children, progress, play ratings, feedback prompts, the anonymous install id, and any queued product signals from this device.
• Or remove a single child (and their progress) any time in the Parent Hub.
• Clearing your browser's site data also erases everything Little Ayat has stored on the device.
• Aggregate product counters on our side are not tied to your child's name. If you have a privacy request, email support@littleayat.com.

We aim to respect children's-data rules including India's DPDP Act.

Welcome to Little Ayat. By accessing or using this app and website, you agree to these terms. Little Ayat is provided for personal, family use to help children learn and play — please use it kindly and lawfully.

All content on this platform — including the learning activities, stories, songs, artwork, graphics, videos, audio, and the Ayat character and her voice — is the intellectual property of Little Ayat and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may enjoy it within the app and share the pictures your child makes, but you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or reuse any of our content, characters, or brand elsewhere without our explicit written permission.

The app is offered on an "as is" basis. We work hard to keep it safe, accurate and delightful, but we can't promise it will be error-free or always available.

The content, materials, activities and videos provided by Little Ayat are for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive to keep our resources accurate, age-appropriate and kind, we make no guarantees about their completeness or about any particular learning outcome — every child grows at their own pace.

Little Ayat is a play-and-learn companion, not a substitute for a parent's or teacher's guidance, nor for professional (medical, psychological, or educational) advice. Any reliance you place on the information here is at your own discretion, with a caring grown-up alongside.
